Bok
Nakon par nerealiziranih planova vezano za Dragster 180cc i još jednog od 50cc, i puno mozganja, odlučio sam se za projekt sa svojim prvim Dragsterom, i najvećim krivcem za veliku ljubav i moju opsjednutost ovim skuterom.
Stanje u kakvom je kupljen, i šta sam na njemu tada napravio se može vidjeti u temi

Uglavnom, tad nisam znao apsolutno ništa ni o Dragsteru, ni Minarelli-ju, 0 bodova, tele. Prvu godinu sam napravio oko 11600km i bio mi je svakodnevni prijevoz do 5.mj.prošle god. kad mi je došao žuti (sad plavi) iz Zg. i tad je spremljen i odjavljen. Bilo je par interesanata za kupnju, ali ništa od toga.
Da pređem na ono bitno. Projekt će ići u smjeru mog bijelog, znači kompletna restauracija, pjeskarenje, farbanje, mašina, uz još neke radove koje nisam do sad radio, a vezano za amortizere i prednji kraj. Opet ću sve sam raditi, i mislim da će vremenski trajati puno duže od bijelog kojeg sam završio u pola godine.

Danas naručen Yasuni City R Red Fortuna iako mi se ne sviđa crvena boja ali nema druga varijanta, možda se na kraju bude slagao sa crvenom ramom.

Napokon sam i auspuh dočekao.
Išao sam na jaču varijantu od zamišljene, Yasuni C16 (city) pa ću na kraju morati uzimati i jači karburator od onog koji imam. Imam novi Dellorto 17,5, pa mislim da ću ići na 19. Čim uhvatim vremena i sredim ono na bijelom, mogu se baciti na slaganje mašine. Sigurno ću i onaj crveni TP CDI sa pomaknutim paljenjem prebaciti sa bijelog na ovaj projekt, jer, iskreno, ne osjetim nikakvo poboljšanje na onom setup-u, ali dok dođe vrijeme za to. Danas posložiti dijelove na hrpu i malo se diviti😁🤘🏻

Danas nastavio sa skidanjem mašine. Imam 2 bloka, ali mi smeta što je na oba, okrznut onaj dio gdje ide centralna nogara, pa sam se odlučio za ovaj. Koliko sam kilometara napravio sa ovom, još dobro i izgleda. Već je pao mrak, pa nisam stigao izvaditi radilicu, da se mogu baciti na pranje blokova.

Jučer otišao do autopraone oprati blokove, nema tu kruha. Došao doma, i bacio se na provjerenu soluciju, četkica za zube, mala čelična četka, Ivasol, i udri, mada mi se Ivasol čini premlak za ovakva čišćenja. Jutros sve ponovio i malo isprao blokove, napredak se vidi, iako to još nije to, ima tu još ribanja.

Jutros pokušao metodu sa zagrijavanjem, ali neuspješno. Ležajevi getribe izvađeni sa kruhom, blokovi oprani, i nakon još jednog malo detaljnijeg čišćenja, pogotovo spojeva blokova, poklopca getribe, cilindra, mogu početi sa slaganjem. Ležajevi i radilica su već na hlađenju.

Jedan od, po meni, najvećih problema na Dragsterima, luft na zglobovima volana. Od kad sam počeo sa Dragsterima, ovo mi je u glavi, i mozganje mogu li sam to napraviti, jer jedini koji rade tu reparaciju su u UK, i naplaćuju masno.
Luft se može osjetiti ako se prednji kotač blokira i ručke miču lijevo-desno, a najgore je pri vožnji, i pogotovo ubrzanju 30-50km/h. Taj pomak nije velik, ali kad se osjete vibracije u vožnji, osjećaj nije baš dobar.
Danas rastavio sve, i malim svrdlom izbušio rupe u tim (nazvat ću ih😁) "plastičnim ležajevima" da mogu razmontirati taj zglob.
Našao sam par dućana gdje se prodaje ta vrsta industrijske plastike, delrin ili poliamid, pa ću vidjeti imaju li odgovarajuće dimenzije i naručiti. Sutra ću se baciti na mjerenje "ležajeva", i pokušati napraviti skicu sa dimenzijama, da imam spremno za tokara.

Iako sam znao da ništa drugo osim Dellorta 17,5 neće pasati, bar sam pokušao. Nosač airbox-a prerađen da se može spojiti, ali zbog dimenzija Polini 19 CP, crijevo se ne može spojiti na airbox. Hvala Bogu da imam onaj novi Dellorto 17,5.

Davno mi palo na pamet kako pokušati srediti amortizere, i naručim 2 selena za Minarelli. Kako Dragster mora i najjednostavnije stvari zakomplicirati, naravno da postoje 2 različite dimenzije zadnjeg amortizera.
Može mišljenje kolega sa foruma u komentarima? Mogu li očekivati tvrđi amortizer, jer su na orginalu gumeni?

Uspio, prezadovoljan, i sretan k'o malo dijete. Par godina mozgam o ovome, i uz podrške tipa "ne može se to", e pa, ipak se može. Bilo je tu mjerenja, crtanja, istraživanja po internetu, ali se isplatilo. Ne znam nikoga u Hrvatskoj i bliže tko je ovo napravio na Dragsteru. :headbang:

Došlo je do promjene.
Nakon što je prije godinu i pol bio mjesec dana u oglasu, nedavno mi se javi lik da ga zanima Dragster. Kako živi u blizini, došao je, pogledao ga i odmah ostavio kaparu.
Kompletan zadnji kraj, sa mašinom je bio rastavljen, tako da sam se zadnjih dana bacio na sastavljanje mašine. Novi lež+sem radilice, novi klip 41 promjer, vodena i još nekoliko sitnica, a već prije sređen luft u volanu. Dogovor je da ga sastavim, i dolazi po njega, i to je to.
Razlog zašto sam ga prodao, čak i ispod cijene, je taj što se moja vizija restauracije kosi sa zdravim razumom. Cijene ovdje su takve da bi samo za pjeskarenje i plastifikaciju rame i felgi morao odvojiti oko 450€, plus sve ostalo, i kad na to dodam cijenu već složene mašine, ispao bi skuplji od bijelog. Uz bijelog i plavog, narokati čudo love u još jednog i onda kruničati da ga prodam, jednostavno nema smisla.
I dalje mi je želja naći 180-ku, i moram biti spreman ako uleti, financijski naravno.
Može komotno lokot na temu, jer i da u kojem slučaju kupac odustane, ja sam odustao od projekta. Ona mašina mi naravno ostaje u kompletu kak je složena, pa možda danas sutra legne na bijelog ili plavog.

Dok tema nije pod ključem, da stavim još koju sliku novih dijelova za ovu mašinu. Kupljen Polini ventilvar, dihtovi cilindra, iako su i na ovom DR i na plavom TP Black Trophy logično novi, uzeo sam za svaki rezervu, Polini gljiva, ja baš i nisam u tom filmu, ali sam morao birati, ili to, ili izbacivanje CP19 i stavljanje Dellorto 17,5, pa je odluka pala na ovo, centralna mislim da neće moći jer dio gdje se zakače federi prolazi par mm od auspuha a nema smisla riskirati.
